The Neuropsychological Clinic is a unit fully equipped for neuropsychological examinations with standard test equipment for full clinical assessment and special methods for clinical research. The unit is being use as facilities for teaching clinical neuropsychology, in specialist assessment of pasients, and in clinical research projects. Specialist in clinical neuropsychology linked to the neuropsychological clinic are collaborating with several hospitals in the Oslo region about relevant research projects, and they can carry out clinical assessments on request from collaborating social security offices, judicial authority, or medical specialists.
